K. Michael Hites, PA-C
I was born and grew up in Birmingham, Alabama. After finishing high school at Hewiit-Trussville, I moved to Mobile to attend the University of South Alabama. I graduated from the College of Nursing in 1996. Working as a nurse at USA Medical Center (now University Hospital) in the trauma unit and burn center provided me with a great experience.
I met my wife, Annette, while in nursing school. We have three children, Christopher, Katie Ann and Matthew. They are active sports, singing, and church activities. We attend St. Dominic Catholic Church. I am an assistant scoutmaster with Troop 143 at St. Dominic.
I graduated from USA PA program in 2001 and have worked in orthopedic and neurosurgery, emergency medicine, physical medicine and urgent care over the course of my career. I love my work family at NSAJC. We work together to identify the cause and address the pain and functional loss that impacts each patient.
