Dr. Theodore Kopp, MD, MS

Dr. Theodore Kopp received his medical degree from the Wright State University School of Medicine in Dayton, Ohio and went on to complete his residency training in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the University of Cincinnati.

Prior to his medical education, Dr. Kopp gained a foundation for rehabilitation medicine as a Master’s level Exercise Physiologist out of Ohio University.

Dr. Kopp is Board Certified by the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and has been practicing medicine for 9 years.

He has been serving patients in and around Mobile, Alabama since 2011.

Meet Rachel Hoadley-Clausen, Ph.D. (Dr. HC)! Dr. H Meet Rachel Hoadley-Clausen, Ph.D. (Dr. HC)! Dr. HC is a licensed clinical and counseling psychologist in Mobile, Alabama, who grew up on the Gulf Coast. She established and continues to provide the Behavioral Health services at the Neuromuscular Spine and Joint Center. 

Her clinical practice focuses on interdisciplinary outpatient psychological care to the Gulf Coast region for many medical conditions, including chronic pain, surgical evaluations (for spinal cord stimulators, bariatric surgeries, and gender affirmation surgeries), and other psychological evaluations. Most of her clinical work involves trauma disorders and medical management, though she has formal training across a variety of disorders and ages.

Dr. HC’s psychotherapy services include an initial evaluation for adults and children, symptom management and reduction (pain management, depressive, anxious, trauma/stressor-induced, cognitive decline), family and couples' therapy, adult group sessions for chronic pain management, child/adolescent groups for social skill development in Autism Spectrum Disorders, and mindfulness-based stress reduction techniques.

Healthy eating means eating a variety of foods so Healthy eating means eating a variety of foods so that you get all the nutrients you need. On most days, try to eat from each food group. This means eating a variety of:

🍞 Whole grains, such as whole wheat breads and pastas.
🍇 Fruits and vegetables.
🧀 Dairy products, such as low-fat milk, yogurt, and cheese.
🐟 Lean proteins, such as all types of fish, chicken without the skin, and beans.

Aysha joined us in September 2022 and has been in the medical field for more than 10 years. She is one of the first smiling faces you see at check in and she's a team player, helping with various clerical duties behind the scenes throughout the week.

She says, "My favorite thing about working at NSAJC is my coworkers, they never hesitate to lend a helping hand. I truly enjoy my job and I'm so grateful to be part of a wonderful team!"

In her spare time, Aysha enjoys traveling, shopping, watching football (Auburn University or New Orleans Saints), watching her kids play sports, or spending time with her husband and two young boys.
