Dr. Theodore Kopp, MD, MS

Dr. Theodore Kopp received his medical degree from the Wright State University School of Medicine in Dayton, Ohio and went on to complete his residency training in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the University of Cincinnati.

Prior to his medical education, Dr. Kopp gained a foundation for rehabilitation medicine as a Master’s level Exercise Physiologist out of Ohio University.

Dr. Kopp is Board Certified by the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and has been practicing medicine for 9 years.

He has been serving patients in and around Mobile, Alabama since 2011.

Paige is celebrating 7 years with our team this month and has been in the industry for 10 years. You have definitely seen her smiling face at the office, whether it is greeting you, checking out patients, answering calls, or performing any other various front desk duties.

Paige is a team player, which is part of what she loves at NSAJC. She says, "I love that we are all family here. I have worked different jobs and there is no work family like ours. I know that anytime I have an issue or concern, it will be listened to and handled in the best manner."

When she's not at the office, you can find her watching her kids (ages 9 and 3) play sports or spending as much time possible with them and her husband of 14 years. She and her husband also serve together as middle school youth pastors at their church!

Meet Rachel Hoadley-Clausen, Ph.D. (Dr. HC)! Dr. H Meet Rachel Hoadley-Clausen, Ph.D. (Dr. HC)! Dr. HC is a licensed clinical and counseling psychologist in Mobile, Alabama, who grew up on the Gulf Coast. She established and continues to provide the Behavioral Health services at the Neuromuscular Spine and Joint Center. 

Her clinical practice focuses on interdisciplinary outpatient psychological care to the Gulf Coast region for many medical conditions, including chronic pain, surgical evaluations (for spinal cord stimulators, bariatric surgeries, and gender affirmation surgeries), and other psychological evaluations. Most of her clinical work involves trauma disorders and medical management, though she has formal training across a variety of disorders and ages.

Dr. HC’s psychotherapy services include an initial evaluation for adults and children, symptom management and reduction (pain management, depressive, anxious, trauma/stressor-induced, cognitive decline), family and couples' therapy, adult group sessions for chronic pain management, child/adolescent groups for social skill development in Autism Spectrum Disorders, and mindfulness-based stress reduction techniques.

Dr. HC looks forward to helping you reach your goals for mental and physical wellness!

🍞 Whole grains, such as whole wheat breads and pastas.
🍇 Fruits and vegetables.
🧀 Dairy products, such as low-fat milk, yogurt, and cheese.
🐟 Lean proteins, such as all types of fish, chicken without the skin, and beans.

Aysha joined us in September 2022 and has been in the medical field for more than 10 years. She is one of the first smiling faces you see at check in and she's a team player, helping with various clerical duties behind the scenes throughout the week.

She says, "My favorite thing about working at NSAJC is my coworkers, they never hesitate to lend a helping hand. I truly enjoy my job and I'm so grateful to be part of a wonderful team!"

In her spare time, Aysha enjoys traveling, shopping, watching football (Auburn University or New Orleans Saints), watching her kids play sports, or spending time with her husband and two young boys.
